Students Scientific Organization (SSO)
of Donetsk Institute of Tourist Business

In the Donetsk institute of tourist business the active scientific work is conducted by student scientific organization (SSO). It is submitted to Vice-rector on scientifically-methodical work. Scientific authority of SSO at a scientific center and chairs is realized by professors and teachers of chairs and employees of the scientific center.
The next reelection of SSO authority took place in December, 2009. So, the President of SSO of Donetsk institute of tourist business became a student of the III course Kuzmenko Alexandra, Vice-President of SSO is Yeletskiy Nikita, a student of the II course. An editor-in-chief and responsible people for the scientific work were also elected. A new team of SSO has already begun its work. The main target of SSO is an activation of the Donetsk Institute of Tourist Business scientific work and a preparation for the 12th International Scientific Practical Conference of Students, Aspirants and Young Scientists. According to the results of the Conference collected written reports were published as scientific publication.
Government  of SSO:
  realize a collaboration with creative sections of SNO;
  every year organize Students` Scientific Practical Conference of different levels;
  organize and hold a competition of Students` Scientific  works;
  provide Students` participation  in regional and all Ukrainian competitions, conferences, Olympiads (jointly with scientific tutors);
  creative selection and editing of the articles,  theses of lectures in scientific collections of DITB and other Institutions of higher education are carried out;
  Realize a collaboration of SSO with Scientific Organization of other Institutions of higher education.
The content and forms of Scientific research activity correspond basic scientific research work of chairs and scientific center of DITB, concrete subject of SRW. Doing scientific work students get all necessary information from the library of DITB and other organizations and enterprises. They also pay attention to the work in the Internet and get consultations of their scientific advisers.

Students` Scientific research activity is realized according to three to basic directions :
- individual creative work, that includes programs of disciplines as an inalienable element of educational process;
– research work out of educational process in scientific coteries and creative sections;
– scientifically-organizational conferences, competitions and others.
Government of SSO of DITB that forms from students of all courses and is chosen during the general meeting of the participants of SSO (120–140 people) includes 11 students: president of the government – 1, deputy president – 1, academic secretary– 1, editor in chief– 1, members of the  Editorial board  – 2, responsible people for 1,2,3,4, 5 courses – 5.

A very serious question is decided!?
